Window Cleaning
Glass
Description: All windows will be hand washed using the traditional and most effective method - soft-bristled brush, mild cleaning solution, and a rubber squeegee. In addition, all window edges will be wiped dry of any remaining water.
Screens
Description: From bugs to dirt, screens need a routine cleaning. Each screen will be removed, marked, cleaned using a soft brush and water, and finally replaced after a glass cleaning.
Cobwebs
Description: Cobwebs are inevitable and will surely accumulate without regular removal. Whether beneath awnings, eaves, or around windows, a specific brush will reach and remove them.
Tracks
Description: This part of the window will have the most accumulation of dirt, debris, dust, bugs, and lots more. Each track will be vacuumed and wiped clean with a wet cloth and mild cleaning solution.
Frames
Description: Just to be sure the entire window is looking its cleanest and brightest, each frame will be wiped down and cleaned of any marks, dust, and/or dirt.
Sills
Description: Dirt, debris, and dust accumulate very rapidly on window sills. After the glass cleaning, a wet cloth with a mild cleaning solution will remove any excess water and dust leaving your window sills cleaner and brighter.
Restoration
Description: Hard water spots and other residues will accumulate over time. Most windows that have been affected can often be restored back to a clear view. Restoration can be a cost-effective alternative to glass replacement. Applying an extremely effective chemical, some minor razoring, and combining a basic cleaning should make your window(s) like new.
Sealant
Description: Even regular cleaning doesn't always fulfill customer's needs. Now, there is a window sealant available that combines with a basic cleaning that will repel dirt, water, and debris; extending the window's clear view.
Additional Cleaning
Blinds
Description: Blinds are notorious for collecting dust. Upon opening and closing them, this dust is rapidly shot through the air, left to accumulate elsewhere. Microfiber cloths combined with some mild cleaning solution will leave the blinds dust-free.
Mirrors
Description: It can be rather difficult to achieve a streak-free mirror cleaning. Using the same methods as glass cleaning, a soft brush and squeegee will leave the mirrors without any smudges or streaks. In addition, the outer frame will be dusted and cleaned.
Pressure Washing
Grounds
Description: Dirt, debris, dust, oil, tire marks, rocks, and mildew all contribute to a the ground's appearance aside from much of it being tracked indoors. High pressured water shot with appropriate, varying tip sizes will surely remove most, if not all, of whatever is impeding the ground's brightness-not to mention a little less dirt being tracked inside.
Siding
Description: Over time, a home's exterior brightness will fade. The majority of this loss is attributed to accumulated layers of dirt and dust mixed with water. Using a soft-bristled brush and high pressured water, these layers will be removed leaving the exterior walls cleaner and brighter.
Garage
Description: Garages tend to trap a great deal of dirt, debris, and dust. Even oil stains can build up. A swift rinse combined with chemical clean will get the garage looking a little brighter, cleaner, and reduce anything from being tracked indoors.
Gutters
Description: Tree leaves and other debris will inevitably clog gutters detering proper water flow from the roof. High pressured water combined with specific gutter tools will be fast and efficient to clear out filled gutters.
Roof
Description: Roofs can lose their luster over time due to constant sun, water, and dirt affecting them. A simple pressure washing, while not harming the material, will remove such layers and leave the roof cleaner and brighter.
Decks
Description: As wood is rather porous, dirt accumulates rapidly and can affect a deck's brightness. A simple pressure wash cleaning will not only brighten the wood, but also leave it a great deal cleaner.
